Who Can Join

You’re eligible to become a member of MCT FCU if you’re employed by one of our Select Employee Groups in Montgomery County, or if you’re an immediate family member of a current member. It’s a great way to enjoy the benefits of credit union membership while keeping it in the family.

How to Get Started

Check with your HR department to see if your employer is already a partner. If not, it’s easy and free for your employer to join as a Partner Employer. Family members of current members are also eligible; membership is meant to be shared.

When you’re ready to apply, bring the following documents:

  • Valid photo ID (such as a driver’s license or state-issued ID)

  • Proof of eligibility (like a recent pay stub, volunteer record, or retirement statement)

  • Social Security Number or ITIN

  • Minimum opening deposit (for a Share Savings account)
